3-month warranty for quality-related issues.

For 3 months after the date of purchase, we take care of all quality-related issues with a REPLACEMENT.



How to return?


1. Email us at support01@baggily.com indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

3. Reply to us with the express you choose and the tracking number.

4. Once received, a refund takes about 7-10 business days to process.



Return Conditions


1. You may issue a return within 30 days of receipt.

2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.

4. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
