1. Are you shipping worldwide?

Yes, but we are currently in the US market. US customers can enjoy free postage purchases. Other countries may need to pay their own postage.

2. How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Please note that due to the large volume of orders, we need 5-7 business days to process all orders. Once the order has been sent, an email with tracking information will be sent to you by email.

If you are a customer in the United States, congratulations, we usually distribute through Amazon Logistics, and of course, it may also use postal parcels. For customers in other regions, we will try our company's store as much as possible to ensure that your order is not delayed for too long.

Why do I have to charge fees and taxes? Since certain items are shipped to you from different warehouses around the world, these small fees help pay the customs duty applicable to your package when you arrive in your destination country. This also ensures that your package can be delivered to your door without any effort.
