—CAN, AUS, Europe on orders will be charged a $9-$90 shipping fee according to the product's weight.
—Ukraine, New Zealand, Brazil, Israel, Norway, Russia, Saudi Arabia on orders will be charged a $20-$100 shipping fee according to the product's weight.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday during working hours.
Standard shipping times differ by destination:

—CAN, AUS according to local warehouse inventory
In stock: within 3-7 business days;
Out of stock: within 30-60 business days;
Tip: The store defaults to the US inventory, and for other countries, the local warehouse shall prevail. When placing an order, free shipping means the local stock is available.

- Sadly, we are unable to change an order once it has been placed due to our current systems. Please double check that the sizes and colors are correct when placing an order.
- We are unable to change the address to a different country. Orders with incorrect addresses will be canceled if they are unable to be shipped.
- Please ensure that you have written your shipping and billing address correctly as we are unable to update these details.
- If the package is returned because of the wrong address, the second shipping charge is borne by the customer.

How to return?
1. Email us at support01@baggily.com indicating which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
2. Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.
3. Reply to us with the express you choose and the tracking number.
4. Once received, a refund takes about 7-10 business days to process.
Return Conditions
1. You may issue a return within 30 days of receipt.
2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that is worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without contacting us first.
4. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.
